ORDER

An order confirmation number is specifically generated for online orders. Once you have successfully completed your online order, you will receive an email that includes detailed information about your order.

Usually, a "Payment Pending" status arises when the payment is unsuccessful.

What if your payment has failed?

Payment failures can occur for a variety of reasons. Unable to retry payment or didn't receive a payment failure email?

To prevent any duplication, we recommend refraining from reordering. Instead, please contact our Customer Service Team via email at customercenter@peakcue.com with the subject line "Payment Pending," and we'll promptly send you a link for another payment attempt!

Paid but your order status hasn't updated after 24 hours?

If you require payment verification and need to receive a new order confirmation email, our Customer Service Team is ready to assist you. Feel free to contact us via email at customercenter@peakcue.com, using the subject line "Order Status Inquiry."

Can you make changes to or cancel your order once it's placed?

Unfortunately, once your order is successfully placed, we are unable to accommodate further changes, including upgrades to the shipping method or adjustments to the quantity of items in your beauty haul. To prevent any complications, we strongly advise thoroughly reviewing your shopping cart and shipping information before proceeding to checkout. It's important to note that PEAKCUE cannot assume responsibility for replacing or refunding parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided.

DELIVERY

How can you track your order?

Hold tight! Your order has been carefully packed and dispatched from PEAKCUE's warehouse. In the near future, you can expect to receive an email update from us, which will include a Tracking Number for your parcel. Please allow roughly 72 hours for the tracking information to become active.

What are our delivery options and estimated shipping times?

  • U.S. and Canada: 8 – 25 working days
  • Europe and U.K: 15 – 30 working days

Please note:

  • Delivery times might be extended during sale periods, holidays, and unexpected events, such as extreme weather conditions..
  • Deliveries are processed on weekdays, with the exception of public holidays.

Do we process orders on Public Holidays?

Although we strive to fulfill your order promptly, please be aware that on public holidays, our warehouse and courier partner are closed. We appreciate your understanding, and orders will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Why is there a delay in delivery?

Given the high volume of orders and the precautionary measures implemented by us and our delivery partners, it's possible that delays in order delivery may occur. You can monitor the status of your order by logging into our system and accessing the "How can I track my order?" feature.
